National Eucharistic Congress July 2024

The Diocese will offer a bus pilgrimage to the National Eucharistic Congress. The price for the pilgrimage includes: the conference hotel (based on double occupancy), discounted Congress ticket, bus travel, pilgrimage overnight stays, two suppers and two lunches in route. Wednesday, July 17	Visit to National Shrine of St. Maximilian Kolbe, Marytown, Libertyville, Illinois

- Terms and Conditions
  
  Deposit payment is due at time of registration $300. Second payment of $825 (early registration) due before Dec 31, 2023, or second payment regular registration of $925 is due by April 1, 2024.
  
  Cancellation: If the Diocese of Fargo cancels the pilgrimage for unforeseeable circumstances, the Diocese will issue a full refund.
  
  If you cancel:
  
  Before October 1, 2023, all funds returned
  
  Between October 1 and December 31, deposit retained
  
  Between December 31, 2023, and April 1, 2024, 50% of the cost retained
  
  Between April 1 and June 31, 75% of the cost retained
  
  Cancellations after June 31, 100% of the cost retained
  
  Requesting Roommates: You may request a roommate. If we are not able to pair you up with someone, then you are responsible to pay the single room rate.

  Please note that the registration spots will be reserved in order of receipt. If you mail in a registration and by the time it arrives, the pilgrimage is full, you will be issued a refund.
